Love it? Pay $500 and I send you all the source files — they're yours outright. Not feeling it? You owe me nothing. The demo lives on my account, so you can't take it without paying and I can't keep your money without your approval. Clean either way.

You get it live

Once you have the files, you'll need a domain (~$12/year, paid directly to a registrar — not included in my fee) and hosting (free on Netlify) to go live. You can set that up yourself, or add my $100 setup service and I'll handle the whole thing for you.

I'm Eli, a web developer based in Encino. I build sites for local businesses that don't have one yet — barbershops, restaurants, auto shops, gyms, salons, and tradespeople.

The demo-first model came from a simple observation: most business owners don't buy what they can't see. So I build it first. If they love it, great. If not, no hard feelings. It removes all the risk on their end, and it keeps me honest about the quality of my work.

Every site I build is hand-coded HTML, CSS, and JS — no bloated page builders, no monthly platform fees, no lock-in. You own it outright.
